Stressed
Well yesterday evening was somewhat stressfull. Had tickets to see The Vibrants in Putney and also trying to get tickets for the Joes Pub gig. Anyway, ended up just getting into the venue just as Sam was playing the first chord. In the rush I forgot to take my camera but met up with Sam for a quick chat after. I cannot understand why this band have not yet been signed to a label. Sam seems to think they will get signed up in Canada. A few new songs have been added since I last saw them and I believe that they are quite an exceptional band. Here's a link to their site if you have not heard of them. www.thevibrants.com

I was delighted to read that you're going to Joe's Pub to see Rachel and her guests! Is Jilly going with you? I decided at the last second not to go- flights to and from NYC were just all at the wrong times. I'm crossing my fingers for a Toronto ITA club gig.

I was planning on going but I would have to turn right around within 24 hours so not enjoyable and I need more time for a longer trip...oh I could go on. So many reasons!

Glad you made it down to the gig on friday and again, sorry i didn't stick about and chat for longer. i got dragged off because someone bought us a bottle of champagne or something like that.
We want to give the canada thing a go but if something happens in our own fair country first then we'll see...

Haven't heard much from Pete since the European tour, but I understand he's been busy mixing and mastering the next Who record. I found the last interview Keith ever did on YouTube the other day. Some insightful comments on the affects the road has on a marriage from Pete.
